Mozambique Entrepreneurship & Investment Forum

Help Multiservice recently participated in the Mozambique Entrepreneurship & Investment Forum, organized by Meridian Afrika Experience in partnership with the High Mastery Academy in Maputo as Sponsor Gold.

The event brought together business leaders, investors, academics, social agents and influential personalities in order to strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit, promote sustainable investments and stimulate synergies between culture, economy and innovation.

On that occasion, César Muianga, representing Help Multiservice, a company that manages as Director General, addressed the theme "Capital, Courage and Strategy: How to Reposition Your Business to Attract Investment in 2026", stressing that the future of Mozambican companies will increasingly depend on their adaptability, continuous innovation and the definition of a clear and sustainable strategy.

In another development, Cesár Muianga, highlighted that Mozambique has the conditions to assert itself as a competitive destination, provided it demonstrates vision, discipline and execution capacity. Help Multiservice has thus reiterated its commitment to genuine, innovative and sustainable entrepreneurship, convinced that the development of the country depends on the collaboration and direct involvement of its entrepreneurs.

César Muianga also stressed that undertaking in Mozambique remains an act of courage, in an environment marked by economic uncertainties, persistent bureaucracy, currency shortages and difficult access to finance. Nevertheless, he pointed out that the national business fabric has shown admirable resilience, opening doors daily, honoring commitments and maintaining conviction in a more promising future. For the Director-General, this perseverance represents the true capital of the Mozambican entrepreneur.

It also drew attention to the urgent need to reposition companies in the face of global changes, bearing in mind that, from 2026 onwards, it will not be enough to work hard. It will be essential to adopt strategic intelligence, integrate technology as a structural basis, invest continuously in human capital and consolidate good corporate governance practices. These four pillars: Human Capital, Technology, Infrastructure and Logistics, and Corporate Governance; have been identified as determining factors to restore Mozambique to the radar of African and international investment.
